What Does Acts 26:19 Mean?
Having recounted his calling, Paul returns to address Agrippa directly. He sums up his whole response in a single phrase: he was not disobedient to the vision from heaven.
Everything that followed in his life flowed from this one decision to obey. Paul presents his entire ministry, with all its cost, as simple faithfulness to what God showed him. When the Lord calls, the only fitting answer is to obey, and a life of obedience speaks for itself.
