What Does Daniel 10:19 Mean?
The messenger speaks words of deep comfort: greatly beloved, fear not, peace be unto you, be strong, be strong. As the words are spoken, the strength they promise becomes real in Daniel, and he is able to say, Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.
