What Does Daniel 7:24 Mean?
The interpreter explains the horns. The ten are ten kings arising out of the fourth kingdom, and after them another king rises, different from those before him, who subdues three of them. The boastful little horn is identified as a distinct ruler who climbs to power by putting down others.
