What Does Hebrews 13:21 Mean?
Completing the benediction, the prayer asks that God fully equip the readers for every good work, fitting them to do His will. The same God works within them what is pleasing in His sight, and all of it is accomplished through Jesus Christ, who receives the closing doxology of glory.
Here divine grace and human action meet: God supplies and shapes, and the believer walks in the good works prepared. To be made complete is to be brought to what we were created for, a life that pleases God. This is the Shepherd's care worked out in His people, and it ends, fittingly, in praise. All glory belongs to Christ, through whom both our salvation and our obedience flow.
