Ezekiel 46 for Kids

For Kids · 3 min with a grown-up

God kept showing Ezekiel His new house. In this chapter, God shows how the people would come together to worship Him — over and over, every day.

Today's Story

God told Ezekiel how everyone would come to worship at His house. On special days, the gate that faced the sunrise would swing open wide, and the people would come pouring in to be with God.

Here is the sweet part. The leader — the most important person, the one in charge — would come too. He didn't get a fancier door or stand up front by himself. He came in and bowed down to worship God right alongside everybody else. He brought his gifts, said thank You, and worshiped with the people, big and small together.

God also said the people would bring Him gifts every single morning. Not just once. Not only on special days. Every day, when the sun came up, they would bring God a present to say, “Good morning — we love You.”

Day after day after day, the gifts kept coming. Morning after morning, the people kept coming back. Because loving God isn't a one-time thing — it's something we do again and again, our whole lives long.

Ezekiel saw it all: a place where everyone belonged, where the leader bowed with the children, and where people came back to God every new day.

A Big Word

Memory Verse

Talk About It

  1. What is something you do every single morning — brush your teeth, eat breakfast, get a hug? What if talking to God was part of every morning too?
  2. The most important leader bowed down to worship right next to the smallest child. How does it feel to know God welcomes everyone the same way?
  3. The people kept coming back to God day after day. Why do you think God loves it when we come back to Him again and again?
