Psalm 110 is a song about a very special King that God promised to send one day - a King like no other.

The right hand is the very best seat there is - the place of highest honor, right next to the king. So God is saying this special King gets the most honored place of all.
The song says this King is strong. He will set everything right, and nothing bad will be able to stand against Him. People will be glad to follow Him.
Then the song says something surprising. This King is not just a ruler - He is also like a helper who brings people to God, and He will do that job forever and ever. A King and a helper, both at once!
For a long, long time, God's people sang this song and waited and hoped: when will our special King come? It is a song full of hope.
