Revelation 15 for Kids

For Kids · 3 min with a grown-up

Revelation shows John pictures of heaven. In this one, God's people stand by a shining sea and sing about how great God is.

Today's Story

John sees something wonderful in heaven. There is a sea that looks like sparkling glass, all mixed with fire and light. And standing beside it is God's family — the people who stayed close to God and trusted Him all the way through.

God gives them harps, like beautiful little guitars. And they begin to sing a happy song to God. They sing, “Lord God who rules over all, everything you do is great and wonderful.”

They keep singing, “King of the nations, your ways are true and fair. Lord, who will not have respect for you?” They are so glad to be with God. They are not scared anymore. They are home.

Then John sees the temple in heaven open up, shining bright. God is getting ready to make every wrong thing right, once and for all.

This picture shows us how the story ends: God's family safe, God's family singing, and God's greatness shining everywhere. What a wonderful day that will be.
