Revelation 19 for Kids

For Kids · 4 min with a grown-up

Revelation is the last book in the Bible. John saw wonderful pictures of Jesus winning and making everything new.

Today's Story

John hears something amazing — a huge crowd in heaven, so many people you could never count them, all shouting together: “Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!”

Why are they so happy? Because God has won. Every sad and wrong thing is finally over. The crowd sounds like rushing water and rolling thunder, all singing, “Our God is King!”

Then John sees the best party ever getting ready — a wedding feast. Jesus is like a kind groom, and all His people are coming to be with Him forever. An angel says, “How happy are the people invited to this feast!” And you are invited too.

Now the sky opens, and there is Jesus, riding a bright white horse like a brave and good King. His name is “Faithful and True,” because He always keeps His promises and always tells the truth.

Jesus comes to make everything right. He does not even need to fight the way armies do. He simply speaks, and every bad thing has to stop. The good King wins! And He invites all of us to come and be with Him forever.

Talk About It

  1. What is the happiest party or celebration you have ever been to? What made it so fun?
  2. Heaven is full of people cheering “Hallelujah!” because Jesus wins. What is one thing you want to thank God for and cheer about right now?
  3. Jesus is called “Faithful and True” because He always keeps His promises. Why is it good to follow a King like that?
