What Does Joshua 21:23 Mean?

The grant continues into the territory of Dan, on the coastal plain. Two towns are named, each with its pasture, as the Kohathite cities are gathered from tribe after tribe.

No tribe is exempt from giving, and so none is left without God's servants near. The Levites' presence reaches even to the lowlands by the sea. The Lord's ministers were meant to be found in every corner of the land, that all His people might be taught.
