The Christian app and resource directory

Organised by what you are actually trying to do, not by product type - so a free website, a print study Bible and a piece of software can compete for the same recommendation. Every pick links to a full review.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Learn of Christ directory?

A guide to the best Christian apps, websites and books, organised by what you are trying to do rather than by product type. Every recommendation links to a full independent review on this site, and nothing on these pages is paid placement.

How are these ranked?

Each product has its own review with a 0-5 editorial rating, and the hubs draw on those. Where an external rating exists with enough votes behind it to be meaningful, we show it and say where it came from; otherwise the rating is ours and is labelled as editorial. Our full methodology is published.

Do you take money for placement?

No. There is no sponsored placement, no paid submission and no pay-to-rank in this directory. That is a deliberate difference from most Christian app directories, which sell category placement or charge developers to be listed.

Why do books and websites appear alongside apps?

Because the best answer to a question is often not an app. "Best Bible study tools" honestly answered includes a free website, a print study Bible and a piece of software - so our hubs rank all three together instead of pretending the category is app-only.
